we didn't stand a chance. apparently, even with 5 of us playing, the 2 computers were still WAY smarter than we were... or just damn lucky. either way, 7 hours of Starcraft, CS, and Wolf later, all i can think of is:

and the Protoss they come in the NNNNNIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT...

this is your brain. this is your brain after a LAN party.

somehow, i must find that switch that flicks me back into regular mode, where i can go to work and do homework and not play Starcraft all day...

Me after rping in Eye of the Beholder III for ten hours straight -> *walking on sidewalk* Wait, if I step in that square, a skeleton might attack me! *shakes head* Oh dear, I'm in trouble.

LOL

I sooooo know what you mean. After several days playing Ultima 9 I was walking around marvelling at how far out the clipping planes on the world's 3D engine were pushed... I remember thinking god had one helluva video card!

I still get that "move one zone forward" thing off the sidewalk sometimes. Playing Quake too long had me spotting the best hiding places and sniper vantages when walking in a room by reflex. Most entertaining when one realise what one is doing. ;)
