I'm constantly changing, seeking something that's always just a step beyond my grasp. I love to travel (though I don't get to do enough of it), ancient history and beauty wherever it may be found. I'm endlessly curious, eager to learn and anxious not to miss out. I'm a jack of all trades, dabbling a little here and there but rarely settling to any one thing.

I think in terms of pack. My pack is my family, people linked to me by ties of mutual affection and loyalty. Blood is thick, but pack is all-encompassing. These few are my support, my solace, my joy.

I am a being of duality and dichotomy. I'm a writer, an artist, a historian. I love the outdoors and find serenity in nature. I can be shy or outgoing, adventurous or reluctant, warm or cold. I have many faults, but I like to think they're outweighed by my qualities. I am not who you think I am, but neither am I who I want to be. I honor creativity, originality, strength and wonder. I hide behind a mask of conformity; I make no sense, on a day-to-day basis.

Every day, I'm one step closer to who I want to be, even when I think I've gotten lost along the way.
