SNOW!!!

i love snow. absolutely love it. i just wish it wasn't associated with cold. *shrug* i hate to admit it, but i'm one of those people who loves Christmas. not the *oooh-listen-to-the-pwetty-Chwistmas-music* kind of people, but just an *oooh-i-get-to-buy-presents-and-see-the-pwetty-lights-and-decorate-the-tree...* people. i've yet to instill ANY Christmas spirit in SG, but it'll come, i swear. *rubs hands in gleeful anticipation*

alright, i promise not to mention the C-word again til December (unless it's in a work-related conversation, as i don't have a choice then. we've had the ornaments on display for 2 weeks already...)

on another note, i am never paying that much money for anyone to attempt to pull the hair out of my scalp again. total disappointment. ah well. that's what i get for an impulse stop. *shrug*

Oh, and I'm a big fan of the C-word as well, in the same way as you except accompanied by happy religious thoughts. ^_-

hehe. i think this season is the only time i even consider going to church. i honestly don't believe in any of the church's teachings, but there's something about the atmosphere in a Catholic church with stained glass windows and a manger and Xmas hymns that speaks even to my soul. the only time i actually enjoyed going to church was when i was preparing for my first communion (which took place on Xmas eve, at midnight, in a tiny picturesque church in mont-tremblant -- where i lived at the time)

as for my hair, well... i actually got it dyed, on a complete impulse, of course. unfortunately, it didn't turn out nearly like i hoped it would. instead of pretty purple streaks, it's just kinda gray with purple undertones... *swigh* ah well, i tried it.
