i'm feeling stiff and sore this morning, probably a delayed reaction of 2 nights of moving books up and down, up and down... *sigh* working tonite too, REALLY don't wanna. might have considered calling in sick, but C stressed that she wanted to see me today, and not to plan to get much done this evening. *raises eyebrows* if F had still been my manager, this would have had me worried and disturbed, but i trust C to tell me if i was doing something wrong, so i guess it'll just be training her in French stuff. i hope. *crosses fingers*

saw Mikey, Blondie, J, and Blondie's brother last night. i should have remembered that even the best laid plans get sidetracked, and this certainly wasn't a well-laid plan. so no Fluffy, no B, no Anysbryd, etc. it was awkward, but it was nice. i'm likely gonna see Blondie again next week before she leaves, probably over coffee or something quiet so we can talk. i miss the girl...

apparently, our old high-school acquaintances are busy having children left right and center. it's definately a frightening thought. one of my good friends is pregnant with her 4th kid; Buddy's got 2; Fluffy's got 3 (only 2 of which are biologically his, though). i am thoroughly disturbed. there are divorces, real jobs, and small children everywhere. and all i can think of is: thank the gods that's not me. =)

i know what you mean. one of my friends from high school contacted me out of the blue recently. she has a one year old son. she said she couldn't believe i didn't want kids. i almost told her i couldn't believe that she did want them, but i thought that might be rude :*)
