cymry | lj is being evil again

i'm so tired. =P can't focus on studying, though that's what i should be doing. can't concentrate on long-dead Roman writers right now... who cares who wrote what? i gotta stop taking literature classes and focus on the history part... that's what really fascinates me, anyway. only one more exam left...

can't wait til wednesday. it's been 2 weeks since i've had a chance to really dance... that one song i managed last week doesn't count, and the week before that is when the pain started (leaving me lying on the bed unable to move, much less go out).

i've started drawing a bit again, which is good, i think. haven't done much of that since college (stupid drawing programs designed to make perfect little clones of the teachers... they killed any desire i had to draw for years. it's nearly criminal.) so it feels good to see something take shape under my pencil. it's not great, mind you, but that's what happens when you don't do something for several years ~ you lose the ability. i just don't think i have the patience or the inclination to take up drawing seriously again. part-time doodling, though, i think i can manage. it's been a long time since i've drawn something i've actually liked...
