so i get a call from this guy at Cuisine Santé Internationale a few days ago, telling me i've won something from the numerous ballots i filled out at the bridal show. essentially, we have to go to a supper at their office (during which they'll try to sell us stuff for several hours, but he didn't mention that, i only found that out online), and we get a certificate for a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas (3 days?). it all sounded kinda fishy to me, and lo and behold, when i checked online, it seems this is a new twist on something they've done before, namely being pushy salesmen and then "forgetting" to book reservations, etc. and while a cruise would be nice (i'd at least find out if i get sea-sick), i've found nothing but bad reviews about them on the Internet.

*sigh* i knew it was too good to be true.

still, best you find out now... better than being stranded somewhere...

i agree tho, it is disappointing... my parents loved it out there, too warm for my blood, but then I'm the weirdo who wants to goto St Maarten to watch airplanes lands, so what do I know...
