*blink blink*

it feels like a sun has gone supernova in my office. what i've feared for so long has finally taken place: they've replaced the burnt-out halogen while i was out. not only that, but they appear to have used a super-bright white light rather than the usual office beigy glow. the one right above me works fine, as usual, it's just the one by the door that's driving me crazy. the lighting was perfect before, damn them. and now my right eye keeps twitching, the screen is refracting light at an alarming angle, and i have no doubt i'll be in full-blown migraine mode an hour from now. and the little lamp on my desk, it does NOTHING.

i hate it when they try to improve things that are fine the way they are. this is MY office, leave it alone.
