dunno why. my bed was particularly warm this morning and i REALLY didn't wanna get up, which should have made me morose and grumpy. instead, i'm bouncy. must be the snow.
SNOW! =)
i think the only reason i can enjoy this weather is: A) i don't have to shovel it and B) i don't currently have a car, so it doesn't bother me. if anything, it's an excuse not to go out. though i actually WANT to go out at this point. i enjoy a good snowstorm, especially if it means that the store'll be empty when i go to work in a few hours. hehehe. silly Xmas shoppers are getting SURLY (tm) -- yes, i'm trademarking an existing word. i don't care. if one of them lets me finish a sentence, the world may come to an end. *swigh*
only 52 or so hours til i get my car back... yes, MY car. i don't care if the papers say it's dad's. it's mine, and always will be. i've developed a truly spiritual connection with that car, damn it. dad just doesn't care. he should just give it to me.... *eyes light up*. nah, it'll never happen. *grr* but it's my BABY.... *wails*
okay, i'm over it now. so i'm not gonna be attending much class this week, but it's all in a good cause: shopping! i'm normally not a huge shopping person, but i figure i'd better take advantage of having actual transport i don't have to drag around (am forever grateful, Ford) kicking and screaming to do my Xmas shopping, or at least a large portion of it. must pick up necessities, such as groceries, wrapping paper, and 16 rolls of tape. (for anyone who's ever gotten a gift from me, you know what i'm talking about.) *evil grin*
am thinking about putting Xmas lights up early, though not turning them on til December. maybe if the snow melts...
