* God Against the Gods by Peter L. Bernstein (for a review, see previous entry)
* Moon Called by Patricia Briggs (reread)
* Blood Bound by Patricia Briggs
* The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons
* The Spartans: the World of the Warrior-Heroes of Ancient Greece by Paul Cartledge - this man makes me crazy. his theories are unsupported, his sources are often questionable, and he generally writes as if he's lecturing a university class (that have already taken the prerequisites and can interrupt him at any time to ask questions.) this is not to say it wasn't a good book... just frustrating and generally puzzling (choice of illustrations, for example. why do you feel the need to put a picture of a vase with Romulus and Remus on it in the middle of a chapter on Thermopylae? i do NOT understand)
