i need many shiny new things. this consumerism is going to kill me. if i don't get a new job soon, i'll have to get a second job over Xmas in a vain attempt to pay off all my debts. *sigh*

currently, i'm trying to hold myself back from picking up a new portable CD/mp3 player. mine has always been a little weird ~ i can't walk with it, cause it skips (even with the anti-skip button turned on). and with the colder weather coming back, the wind is starting to hurt my ears again; i'm guessing earphones would cut a lot of that. maybe i'll stop by Future Shop on my way to work.
