we're the number one store in Canada (again). so we get a motivational speech about how we should really be doing better. WTF?

i'm broke and about to get a whole lot more broke, but will probably end up spending near to a thousand dollars in the next 3 weeks anyway. admittedly, most of this is for new glasses, to fix the major screw up that my current pair has become. my father's cheapness will kill me (or ruin my vision) eventually, i'm sure.

i'm also cracking and buying myself a Gameboy Advance SP. used, if i can find one anywhere other than EBay (i'm still scared of Ebay. i know if i start using it, i'll never, ever stop). i also have a bunch of games i'm going to try to get my hands on (used as well). should be interesting: SG's given me a list of a dozen RPGs he'd be "interested in trying".

i think i need to try a different agency. i've been trying to get in touch with this one for 2 weeks now, with no luck. that does not bode so well...
