(no subject)

the bad news: i'm bringing the car back today. i could've had the Blazer for another week or so, but my mother managed to total one of the tires by hitting a curb. *raises an incredulous eyebrow* only my mother could hit a curb in a vehicle designed to go off-roading and destroy the rim. ice or no ice, that takes talent.

the good news: my dad is gonna pay for my new glasses as an xmas present. which is very good, as i can see less and less. it's actually starting to bug me. i think his price estimate is a little low, but at worst, i'll get the glasses i want and end up tacking on a few hundred to the money i already owe him. so much for tax refunds this year: it's all going straight to him. *sigh*

i've been wrapping presents. i lurv wrapping presents.
