(no subject)
Dec. 9th, 2002 02:02 amwell, apparently, Fate and I have not decided to go our seperate ways. admittedly, we were asking for it, but still, it's a little ironic. us staff did our usual coffee nite after work, only to have the closing manager join us after her car wouldn't start. No problem, she begged a lift from Mischief and we all sat and compared car complaints/accidents/ice storm stories til they kicked us out. (well, my dah-lings, it seems we must part ways...) =)
and so, of course, Harry's car wouldn't start. and, of course, neither he nor Mischief had jumper cables (and neither does Public Security, apparently. so what good are they, might i ask?)
eventually made it home after a minimum of freezing; Harry's sister came to pick us up and drove me home after much grumbling -- is it so wrong to not want to leave Harry to freeze all by himself in a deserted parking lot? i think not -- though she did make an effort to be civil after i mentioned this.
and so i'm off, after an entertaining evening of blood, back pain and frozen cars, to try to remember something -- ANYTHING -- about goddesses...
