general updatey: saw Mr. & Mrs. Smith. fun, silly movie. pretty things with guns. saw Howl's Moving Castle. very enjoyable, i'd definately see it again. saw Batman Begins. very nice. i managed to stay awake through the whole thing.
saturday: lots of tasty, tasty food.
sunday: quiet and trees. you never realize how much background noise there is in the city til you get away to the middle of nowhere (in this case, the Laurentians) and just stand by a lake and listen to nature. i've discovered an increasing fondness for Saint-Donat and it's hidey-hole houses. SG and i are seriously considering that place in a couple years' time.
a few resolutions were made, much was said and not much done. but Montreal hits you like a ton of bricks.
still finding myself with these big gaps of free time during the middle of the day. my early mornings and late afternoons are quite full, but there's a fairly large gap in the middle... supposed to sit down with my boss about that later today. we'll see if anything gets resolved.
